12th Annual 'Kiss My Ace' Tennis & Pickleball Tournament

▪ Includes: Hospitality Table (Thanks to our Title Sponsor Hitchcock Law Group), Trophies/Prizes for Division Champs & Finalists. Saturday refreshments include breakfast bites and Publix Sandwiches, Wraps, & Salad... Sunday includes a buffet lunch (Meatballs, Baked Ziti, Salad, & More!) served up by our wonderful volunteers!

▪ Levels being offered are: 6.5, 7.0, 8.0, 8.5+ in Mens, Women's, & Mixed (Combined team USTA ratings, 7.5 Teams must play up) 

▪ 2 Match Minimum Per Division. Round Robin or Double Elimination for Small Divisions. To be determined based on total number of players and time constraints of a one day event.

▪ Play will be continuous throughout the day up until the finals. Due to the format please plan to stay for the day and do NOT leave without notifying Abby or you may be DQ'd. There will be a "Players on Deck" sign posted near the tournament desk & draw sheets so please keep an eye on that in between matches, as it will indicate the length of time till you play again.

▪ Main Draw Match Format: 8 Game Pro Sets with Ad Scoring, 7 Point Tiebreak at 8-8. ALL Finals Matches are Best of Two Regular Sets, 3rd Set 10 Point Tiebreak

▪ Consolation Draw Format: Regular Set to 6 Games, with Ad Scoring, 7 Point Tiebreak at 6-6. Consolation matches MAY be changed to No-Ad Scoring at the tournament directors discretion to shorten matches as needed. In this case the format for No-Ad will be: Returners choice for doubles; gender-to-gender for mixed.

▪ Levels being offered are: 3.0/Beg, 3.5/Int, and 4.0/Adv
▪ TWO Age Divisions per Level: 59 and Below, 60 and Up. Age divisions may be combined as needed and based on the final number of players.

▪ 2 Match Minimum/4 Games Guarantee Per Division. 

▪ Main Draw w/ Consolation for 5-8 Team Divisions. Match Format is Best 2 of 3 Games to 11 Points, Switch Sides at 7 Points, Win by 2 Points. Consolation Match Format is Best 2 of 3 Games to 9 Points, Switch Sides at 5 Points, Win by 2 Points.  

▪ Double Elimination Draws for 3-4 Team Divisions. In this type of draw a team must lose twice to be eliminated. Meaning you can lose your first match and go to the bottom of the draw which feeds back into the main draw, so you still have a chance to win! Everyone loves a second chance at victory ;-)

▪ Per Player - $50 for 1 Division or $90 for 2 Divisions

▪ $3 Convenience fee for Credit Card payments, Contact Abby or Don at the Pro Shop if you wish to Pay with Cash, Zelle, or Check

▪ Players may only participate in One Division PER DAY! All Mens & Women's are played on Saturday, all Mixed is played on Sunday.
